Prizes will be given to Best Participants, winners & each Participant who successfully complete the camps.

Social Responsibility

To maintain the decorum and to make the trip a memorable experience for everyone, we understand that it is the moral & social responsibility of everyone to see to it that intoxicants in any form are discouraged. Our program officers will ensure that the decorum of high level is maintained during the camp.

Medical certificates

You will be requested to get the medical checkup done for the participants & certificates to be produced to camp leader on the first day of camp. The format will be provided from our office post booking in which you also requested to provide the information regarding any ailment or major medical history or allergies of any kind. We reserves all rights to decline the booking made if we feel the participant is medically unfit to participate in the camp. No refund will be made in such case.

Campfires & Cultural Activities

Interesting camp fire session will be there to encourage participants to meet, mingle and to share cultural program at designated camps. Do not forget to send the supporting equipment of his interest (like musical instrument, magician dress etc). We will be conducting a cultural activity session on day 2 where the kid can show his skills.

Safety & Insurance

Our program officers, field co-coordinators, camp leaders, guides and instructors have ensured safety & security. Extensive and painstaking preparations have gone into the planning of outdoor activity keeping safety in mind. Our experienced camp leaders have been constantly visiting the area to check all the details. Stringent safety standards are adhered to and only quality equipment’s are used. While every care has been taken to ensure safety, the organizers or their representatives cannot be held responsible for any accident, illness and such other unforeseen eventualities. Travel insurance should be made by the participants themselves.

Medical Facilities

Facilities for proper medical aid will be available at camp Site, if there is any emergency Doctor will be on Call. You are requested to inoculate you with anti-tetanus.

Day 1: Monday, 18th April 2016

Pick Up Points:
06:30 am : DADAR,
07:15 am : THANE

As you arrive at the campsite, and meet your fellow camp mates for a brief introduction and team formations.
Have a delicious breakfast and rush off to vast range of Activities mentioned above, have lunch which will be Followed by an exciting basic rope course sessions.
Dinner and call it a night at your allocated rooms.

Day 3: Wednesday, 20th April 2016

Wake up fresh and early at around 6:00am before embarking on a session of pt followed by many other fun filled activities. Have the time of your life and munch on an amazing lunch as you prepare for another session of Adventure activity, team games & swimming.

Post tea free time for prepartion for talent show and camp fire. dinner and call it a night at yours allocated rooms.

Tea/ Milk, Breakfast, Luch, Evening Tea/ Milk, Dinner.

Day 2: Tuesday, 19th April 2016

Wake up around 6:00am and prepare your body with a round of physical training (pt) have some breakfast and rush off to Post which you can choose from a vast range of activities mentioned above. Have a much needed lunch and relaxation.

Afternoon will be followed by an exciting sessions. Unwind around a cheerful game to share the stories of the day before dozing off at the alloted rooms for the night.

Tea/ Milk, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea/ Milk, Dinner.

Day 4: Thursday, 21st April 2016

Wake up fresh and early at around 6:00 am embarking on a session of pt followed by many other fun filled activities.

Feed backing session / reports, getting ready to leave the campsite there by packing own bag packs and gathering personal stuff. Enjoy last lunch of the program. Gather for closing sessions photographs and take memories and Mementos of the program.

Meal details:
Tea/Milk, Breakfast Lunch & Hightea.

Comfortable clothes
Daysack – 10 ltrs to carry water and required stuff & Rucksack / Trolleybag to carry everything mentioned below

Good quality trekking shoes, sandals and extra pair of socks.

Sunscreen lotion or any other skin moisturizers

Water bottles, backpack and energy bars.

A pair of sunglasses and camera (optional)

Caps or hats

Personal toiletries and basic medication (if any)

Torch lights (with spare batteries)

Insect repellent and emergency medical kit

Note:-

►Wrap all things (especially camera & cell phone) in polythene bags.

►Please avoid bringing valuables, jewelries or expensive things. As the organizers

Will not be responsible for its loss or damage.

►Everyone has to follow the Instructions of Camp In-charge & Instructors.

►No shortcuts will be allowed in treks or other activities.

►Smoking, Chewing tobacco, or Gutka or Pan Masala or Supari & Alcohol Drinking are strictly prohibited during the camp.

►Keep the campsite neat & clean, we are expecting participants Co-operation in

Keeping the camp site as well as the surrounding area clean. Garbage should not be

Littered it should be put in dustbin.
